In addition to our normal levels of cover, you can also elect to upgrade(for an additional cost) with our Boost cover. This will provide additional cover for “Wear and Tear”, your car’s battery (not the “propulsion battery” on electrical or Hybrid vehicles), Catalytic Convertor, Satellite Navigation system, In-car Entertainment and Diesel Particulate Filter. There is, of course, a 90-day waiting period on “Wear & Tear” coverage.

Get the mechanical breakdown insurance that is right for you by choosing from our cover level options. Choose between 12-month, 24-month or 36-month terms, with a choice of claim limits, labour rates and level of cover.
Mechanical and Electrical Repair - We will pay for the cost of repairs (subject to claim limit), for mechanical & electrical failure of all covered parts. We pay towards the cost of the parts and the labour. You have a choice of term, labour rate and claim limit.
Instant Protection – You will be covered against mechanical and electrical failure of all covered parts from day one, although the “Wear & Tear” cover has a 90-day waiting period.
No Excess - There is no excess on our warranty products if you should need to claim.
Purchase Cover Anytime – Unlike other Warranty providers, you can purchase this policy at any time (not just within 30 days since you purchased the vehicle), and we do not need a full-service history or vehicle inspection, but we do NOT cover pre-existing faults on your vehicle.
What is not covered?

Vehicles which are used as an emergency vehicle, hire & reward, taxi, dispatch, courier, road racing, rallying, pace making, speed testing or any other competitive event. We do have a policy for Hire & Reward, Taxi, Chauffeur, Courier and Driving School available. We also cannot cover all makes of vehicle – see the excluded vehicle section.

We do not cover “Wear and Tear” within the first 90-day waiting period or where you have not upgraded to Boost cover, if available.

We will pay an amount up to the claim limit selected for each claim made up to a total (aggregate) limit, being the value of your vehicle on the date you purchase our warranty.

We do not cover any damage where the fault or damage occurred before the inception of this warranty, or where there were illuminated dashboard warnings present at the time of warranty purchase.

We do not cover the costs of diagnosis of any faults, unless the claim is subsequently approved.

The following vehicles are EXCLUDED from cover: AC, Aixam, Alpine, Asia, Austin, Brabus, Bristol, Bugatti, Cadillac, Caterham, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Coleman Milne, Corvette, Cosworth, Daewoo, Daihatsu, Daimler, De Tomaso, DFSK, Dodge, Eagle, Farbio, FBS, FSO, Hummer, Invicta, Jensen, Koenigsegg, KTM, Lada, Lancia, LEVC, Ligier, LTI, Lynk & Co, MAHINDRA,
Marcos, Marlin, Maybach, MIA, Microcar, Perodua, PGO, PRINDIVILLE, Proton, Reliant, Rover, Saab, San, SAO, Talbot, TD Cars, TVR, Westfield, Yugo or Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) or vehicles over 3500kg.

This policy can be cancelled within the first 30 days for a full refund, less a £25 administration fee, provided no claims have been made. After 30 days, a pro-rata (per remaining full months of cover) refund, less a £25 administration fee, will be provided if no claims are made.
Boost Option:
Upgrade your warranty to cover the Battery (not the propulsion battery on electrical or Hybrid vehicles), Catalytic Convertor, Satellite Navigation system, In-car Entertainment and Diesel Particulate Filter. There is, of course, a 90-day waiting period on “Wear & Tear” coverage.

Extendable Warranty Period
If the customer has 36 month Warranty Period, and their Warranty includes the ‘Extendable Warranty Period’ option, they will be contacted by the Administrator towards the end of the 36 month period.
Providing, the Vehicle is still in their possession and
they and the Vehicle still satisfy the Terms and Conditions and eligibility criteria of this Warranty; and the Vehicle has been serviced in line with the ‘Servicing Standards and Record’ throughout the Warranty Period, then:
They will be offered the option to extend the Warranty for a further 24 month period, at no additional cost to them (Subject to certain criteria).

Eligibility
We aim to make our warranties available to as many people as possible, but there are some circumstances we can’t cover. We ask that you read this section carefully to make sure our policy is right for you. The level of cover, claim limit and term will be determined by the age and mileage of your vehicle
To be eligible for cover:
The vehicle must be less than 15 years old when you purchase cover.
The vehicle must have covered fewer than 150,000 miles when you purchase cover.
The vehicle must not be used for competition, off-road use, and is not owned/leased by a person or business involved in carrying out repairs, sales or servicing of vehicles. For example, a mechanic or, car salesman.
The vehicle must be registered and kept principally in the UK.

FAQ`s
What is the maximum age that my vehicle can be to qualify for our warranty?
If your vehicle is a car or light commercial vehicle, then it must be no more than 180 months old (from the date of DVLA original registration) and not have covered more than 150,000 miles at the time of policy purchase.
If your vehicle is a motorcycle, moped, scooter or motorhome, then it must be no more than 96 months old (from the date of DVLA original registration) and not have covered more than 70,000 miles at the time of policy purchase
